"Nirvana, Shangri-La, or valhalla Move, cuz if you stay in limbo you’ll decay"
He had to have been staring at this damned patch of land for a decade now. In black slacks, and a black leather jacket - that looked more like something he plucked out of Vao's closet - he was strong contrast to the greenery. Things made sense however, it was underground. That's why he couldn't think about a building or shape the hunter's hidden HQ was a little more abstract than that. Problem is he was pretty sure this wasn't it either. Things were still a mess, and in the middle of his mind shuffle the image came to him - the bridge. He kept seeing the metal door burned into memories and couldn't see or remember past the door to figure out how he had got there, what he saw before that- and that was it. The bridge, under the bridge and then near there - a specific building and if not that the column! The one column with a secret code and there with the hidden door.
He turned to his left, not to far away the Brooklyn Bridge. Was it still the HQ though? Or perhaps the Tavern?
He started walking; there were too many questions to stop there for the day and he had wanted nothing more than to find it. As much of a bad idea it would be for a dead to just show up, what maybe five years later? He hadn't exactly made peace with his work just being over and being so forbidden from resuming his life, his work - but if Heaven and the angels weren't watching him then let there be chaos.
Within the hour he was near, he soon stood where the cold steel met the aged pavement. There he debated - it wouldn't be too out of place if he just wandered down there... He didn't even know which entrance to use he just... his legs moved and the steps down felt so eerie and echoed the feeling of deja vu he had become so familiar with.
"So are you just a returning member or should I be concerned?"
If he were to turn around and look at Requiem it was easy to see how he could go unnoticed especially to someone as tall as Gauge. Requiem was on the shorter side, especially compared to other hunters and while he stood out due to his masks his clothing was relatively dark in color allowing him to blend in. From behind he didn't recognize Gauge and truthfully he never would have expected to see him again, but the towering height did make him a bit hopeful that it could be him. After all there weren't many people as tall as Gauge plus this guy seemed to know about their location when, as far as he knew, no one outside of hunters and familiars knew.
As usual Requiem did withdraw his weapon out, when he had a shapeshifting weapon at his side it was easy to feel confident.

( It ain't Easter but it's time to resurrect the dead )
Gauge was bothered by the voice - he didn't want to run into anyone yet, he hadn't thought about conversations per say. Not to mention the huge disconnect that he had died, and how long had it been? Was it just a day ago? Or weeks? Months? He could lie through his teeth relentlessly and say it was staged, yes - faked. The how was still blurry, but also who was around him when he passed? Who discovered his death? Who knew without a doubt he was gone and this ploy was out of the question? The panicked thoughts scrambled in his mind as he turned to face the approached mystery person.
His eyes were alert as they absorbed the shorter familiar figure. He knew this mask, he knew the name and the string of memories attached to it that flashed in his mind, stressing over whether or not he could be trusted.
Gauge: "Req..." He didn't want talk to anyone so soon, a part didn't want him didn't want to get anyone involved and drag them down. The other cynical part didn't trust a single one of them. And damn did he really not want to have fight anyone. He still felt like he was teetering, something deep down felt like this was a second chance not to be wasted. Forget this old body, take new one and just go far away from here, from these damn hunters and monsters alike. Or maybe that was denial trying to ignore the side that was ready to fight, inflict as much damage as possible and take everyone down with him in true self-destructive style. Thoughts in the back of his head, whose intensity was completely missing from his eyes. He was still getting caught up in seeing an old friend, hoping it could stay this way just a little bit longer.
